Angela Yang has a diverse work history in the fashion industry. In 2014, they interned as a Design Intern at Rolando Santana, followed by an internship at Melissa Joy Manning, INC in 2016. Angela then worked as a Product Development Design Assistant at Creative Sportwear Inc. from May 2017 to January 2018. Angela then interned as a Design Intern at Badgley Mischka from February 2018 to May 2018. Angela also worked as a Freelance Technical Design Assistant at Madewell from November 2018 to March 2019. Angela joined Dana-co LLC in March 2019 as a Technical Assistant, where they corrected patterns, created tech packs, and measured fit samples until April 2020. Angela then worked at Vandale Industries as an Associate Technical Designer from December 2020 to November 2021. Angela later joined Centric Brands in November 2021, where they served as an Associate Technical Designer for various brands until April 2023. Currently, they are working as an Associate Technical Designer at Basic Resources, Inc., starting in April 2023.
Angela Yang completed their education in a chronological order. Angela started by earning a High School Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from Fashion Industries High School, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. After that, they pursued further education and obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, studying from 2014 to 2016. Angela then continued their studies at the same institution and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.
