Ashley D. has worked in the fashion industry since 2009. Ashley began their career at Warnaco as an Assistant Technical Designer for Core Brand Intimates, where they were responsible for measuring garments, preparing costing packs, salesman sample packs, tech packs, and fit sessions. In 2011, Ashley worked as a Freelance Bra Designer for American Eagle Outfitters, collaborating with the Aerie Bra Design team and creating development CADs, preparing costing packages & tech packs, measuring & fitting garments, and releasing fit comments to vendors. In 2012, Ashley worked as a Freelance Bra Design Asst for Victoria's Secret. From 2013 to 2014, Ashley worked as a Fabric R&D and Color Associate for Natori Brands at Dana-Co., LLC. In 2019, Ashley began working as a Designer for USA Legwear at Basic Resources, Inc., and also started working as a Freelance Designer for Intimates and Shapewear.

Ashley D. attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design with an Intimate Apparel Specialization.
