Dr. Thomas Hack

Dr. Thomas Hack is an accomplished professional in the field of analytical development and quality testing, currently serving as the Analytical Development and Quality Testing Manager at Basilea Pharmaceutica since January 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Hack held several positions at Novartis from February 2014 to January 2021, including QC Expert and Senior QC Specialist. Dr. Hack gained valuable experience as the Team/Project Leader in Pharmaceutical and Food Analytics at Institut Kuhlmann GmbH from October 2002 to January 2014. In terms of education, Dr. Hack earned a Doctorate in Human Biology from Ulm University (2008-2013), completed the 2nd State Examination in Food Chemistry at Thüringer Medizinal-, Lebensmittel- und Veterinäruntersuchungsamt (1999-2000), and obtained a Diplom in Food Chemistry from Technische Universität Dresden (1994-1999).
