Tony Pratt

Tony Pratt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Tony currently holds the position of Regional Chief Engineer at Basin Street Properties since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Air Craft, Inc. from November 2022 to January 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Regional Chief Engineer at Basin Street Properties. Before that, they were a Master HVAC Mechanic at Genentech from December 2014 to November 2018. Tony's career began in 2004 when they worked as a Journeyman HVAC Mechanic at ACCO Engineered Systems, where they stayed until 2014. Prior to that, they were employed as a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician at Beutler Corp. from January 2000 to December 2004. Tony's earlier work experience includes roles such as Production Team Member at Wayco Retread from November 1998 to January 2000, and Heating Air Conditioning Mechanic in the United States Air Force from November 1994 to November 1998.

From 2005 to 2010, Tony Pratt attended Foothill College where they obtained an HVAC Star Certification in the field of study of UA Apprenticeship HVAC.
