Hayley Ferguson

Hayley Ferguson is an experienced professional in education and recruitment, currently serving as an International Recruiter at BASIS International Schools since November 2023. Prior to this role, Hayley held positions at TEKsystems from June 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included serving as an Onboarding Coach and a Technical Recruiter specializing in Data Analytics and Cloud Applications. Earlier experience includes teaching Social Studies at Apache Junction Unified School District and Mitchell High School, along with coaching volleyball at various clubs. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Fort Hays State University.
