Yibo Ling

Yibo Ling is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder at NewCo since 2024, Yibo previously held the position of Chief Business Officer at Binance from 2022 to 2023. As Chief Financial Officer at Bird from 2018 to 2022, Yibo built the finance team from the ground up and led go-public efforts. Prior experience includes Director of Corporate Development at Uber, where Yibo was responsible for significant deals including Didi and Grab, and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, executing various strategies for clients across multiple sectors. Yibo's early career featured research positions at IBM and NASA, focusing on innovative materials and bio-reactor development. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Medical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, along with an M.S. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering and English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan.
