Jordan Taylor

Jordan T. has a strong background in engineering and infrastructure management. Jordan is currently working as a Sr Platform Engineer at Basis Theory, where they are responsible for writing software for Infrastructure as code implementations and managing cloud infrastructure. Before that, Jordan worked at IES as a Sr. Production Engineer, where they implemented network security measures and architected cloud-based solutions. Jordan also worked as a Network Engineer at IES and as an Infrastructure Architect at Magnesium Consulting LLC. In addition, Jordan has experience as a Cloud Engineer at Alert Logic and as a NOC Engineer III at Meriplex Communications. Jordan began their career as a System Engineer at Jnt Solutions TX, where they built and secured corporate infrastructure.

Jordan T. pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science - Open from Western Governors University from 2020 to 2026. In addition to their degree, Jordan obtained various certifications including a Data Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity in May 2021, an SRE and DevOps Engineer with Google Cloud Specialization from Coursera in February 2021, an Applied Machine Learning in Python certification from Coursera in August 2020, an Introduction to Data Science in Python certification from Coursera in August 2020, a Data Analysis with Python certification from freeCodeCamp in July 2020, a Python for Everybody Specialization certification from Coursera in July 2020, and a Scientific Computing with Python certification from freeCodeCamp in July 2020.
