Chema Robla

Chema Robla has a range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Chema most recently worked at BASQUEVOLT as a People Director starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Nordex Group, including Head of P&C Global Blades from January 2021 to November 2022, Human Resources Specialist from June 2014 to December 2020, and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from October 2019 to March 2020. Before joining Nordex Group, Chema worked at Fundación Empresa Universidad de Navarra as a Collaborative Pupil at the Career Department, where they provided career counseling and guidance to students. Chema also worked at Viajes El Corte Inglés as a Travel Agent, managing clients in Navarra and working in different agencies all over Madrid. In these roles, Chema demonstrated strong skills in human resources, talent acquisition, career counseling, and customer management.

Chema Robla obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Universidad Nebrija between 2008 and 2011. Chema then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Development Economics and International Development at the same university from 2009 to 2013. After completing their undergraduate studies, Chema attended the University of Navarra from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master's degree in Personnel Management in Organizations. Currently, they are working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Law at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete by 2023.
