Brandy Richardson, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of litigation technology and project management. Brandy is currently serving as a Litigation Technology Senior Specialist at Bass, Berry & Sims since November 2016. In this role, Brandy provides support and training to attorneys, paralegals, and staff on various litigation support applications, manages litigation projects, develops project plans and budgets, and advises case teams on trial technology resources.

Before joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Brandy worked at DSI as a Review Manager from October 2013 to August 2016. Brandy'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing project management processes, providing on-site support and training to clients, defining project scope, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications.

From July 2010 to May 2013, Brandy worked as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting, Inc. in which they designed and implemented project management processes, trained and supervised attorneys during document review, assisted clients in defining project scope, and provided metrics and updates on projects.

Prior to their role at FTI Consulting, Inc., Brandy served as a Litigation Support Consultant/Project Manager at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP from July 2008 to July 2010. Brandy provided support and troubleshooting for e-discovery tools, managed a meticulous e-discovery workflow, provided quality control, and supervised analysts.

Brandy's work experience also includes serving as a Litigation Support Analyst/Project Manager at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP from November 2006 to July 2008. In this role, they created and supported document databases/indexes, served as an interface between attorneys and support groups, and assisted clients in resolving technical issues.

Brandy began their career as a Litigation Technology Analyst/Project Manager at Troutman Sanders, LLP in September 2004. Here, they developed project plans, provided support and training on litigation support applications, managed litigation and electronic discovery projects, and supported online repositories and electronic filing systems.

Brandy Richardson earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Clayton State University, from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a program in Project Management at Villanova University in 2012. In 2004, Brandy attended the Washington Online Learning Institute for Paralegals, where they studied Paralegal Studies. Brandy also holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree from Hardin-Simmons University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Brandy has obtained several certifications. Brandy is a CaseSoft Support Certified professional, having completed the CaseSoft Support Certification program offered by Casesoft in 2006. Brandy also holds an E-Discovery Certification from Kroll, obtained in the same year. Brandy is also a Certified Legal Assistant, having received this certification from NALA in 2005. Furthermore, they are a Certified Litigation Support Professional, having completed the program offered by LitWorks in 2005.
