Heather Pearson has a diverse work experience in the legal and health policy fields. Heather is currently working as a Health Regulatory Associate at Bass, Berry & Sims since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the US District Court, Northern District of Indiana from August 2020 to August 2022. Heather also worked as a Court of Appeals Law Clerk at the Minnesota Judicial Branch from August 2019 to August 2020.

Heather's educational background includes a Chemistry Research Assistant position at Wellesley College from February 2011 to September 2013.

Heather Pearson has a diverse education history. Heather first attended The Blake School from 1996 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Wellesley College from 2010 to 2014. At Wellesley, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with Honors in Anthropology and Biology. Additionally, from 2012 to 2013, they briefly studied Medical Anthropology at Dartmouth College. After completing their undergraduate studies, they joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2012 and graduated in 2014. At MIT, Heather focused on Anthropology but did not earn a specific degree. Finally, they attended the Notre Dame Law School from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
