Diane Heil has over 30 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Regional Human Resources Manager at Bass Pro Shops since April 2010, with prior roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Previous experience includes positions at The Home Depot as Human Resources Manager, BMW Manufacturing as Human Resources/Recruiter for the Paint Division, and American Greetings as Operations/HR Manager. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Baldwin Wallace University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Cuyahoga Community College, with additional education from John Carroll University.
