Jennifer Holloway has over 20 years of work experience. Jennifer began their career in 1999 as a Scheduling Reporter for TV Guide. In 2005, they joined Rovi Corporation (now TiVo) as a QA Reporter. In 2012, they were promoted to Coverage Coordinator/Scheduling Reporter, where they were responsible for coordinating coverage with Managers, delegating workloads, training new hires, and leading the team when their manager was out of the office. In 2014, they moved to TiVo as a Product Quality Analyst, where they performed daily quality checks for TiVo-client Comcast and worked with other TiVo teams to obtain any missing metadata. In 2019, they joined Benefit Allocation Systems as an Account Management Administrative Assistant.

Jennifer Holloway received their High School Diploma from Ridley High School in 1994. Jennifer then attended Widener University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English/Early Childhood Education in 1999.
