Client Services Representative at Benefit Allocation Systems

Martha Meng, SPHR, has worked in the Human Resources and Benefits field for over 40 years. Martha began their career in 1979 as an HR Manager for American Olean Tile. In 1997 they moved to GMT Microelectronics in the same role. In 2001 they became the Human Resources/Benefits Manager for HealthAnswers. In 2005, they were a Contractor/Pension Benefits Analyst for Cooper University Hospital through The Rosen Group, where they were responsible for the administration of a frozen defined benefit plan, responding to employee inquiries, and coordinating DB plan payments with vendor (Mercer). In 2006, they became a Benefits Specialist for Synthes, where they were the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit plan choices, problem-solved claim and eligibility issues with plan providers, and coordinated outsourced administration with vendors. In 2010, they joined CDI Corporation as a Contract Benefits Administrator. Finally, in 2011 they began working as a Client Services Representative for Benefit Allocation Systems, providing assistance to clients and their employees during Open Enrollment and with Flexible Spending Accounting inquiries, as well as being a liasion between Cobra continuants and client companies.

Martha Meng, SPHR, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Saint Francis University, which they obtained between 1968 and 1972.
