Aaron Sidder

Ecology & Compliance Coordinator at Bat Conservation International

Aaron Sidder serves as the Board Treasurer for Rocky Mountain Wild since January 2021 and has been the Ecology & Compliance Coordinator at Bat Conservation International since May 2019, focusing on bat conservation efforts on federal lands. Prior experience includes roles as Principal and Consultant at Red Beard Science LLC, Editor in Chief at Afield Trails, and a Mass Media Science and Engineering Fellow at National Geographic. Aaron has also worked as a research assistant for the U.S. Geological Survey, a graduate teaching assistant at Colorado State University, and as a DEVELOP intern at NASA, where projects involved ecological assessments and environmental compliance. Aaron holds a Master's Degree in Ecology from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Oregon.
