Martijn Mathot

Martijn Mathot serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Castellum Security since July 2024, overseeing a group of high-quality technical security companies that operate autonomously while collaborating on strategic matters. Martijn holds positions on the supervisory board of Schoenenkwartier and has been a board member for various divisions of Bata Company from January 2018 to June 2024, including Bata Industrials, where Martijn was Managing Director, leading the production and sales of safety footwear. Previous experience includes Director roles at Bosch Security Systems and Ajax Chubb Varel, managing complex commercial activities in the security sector, and a long tenure at Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe, where Martijn held various managerial roles. Martijn’s educational background includes executive programs at INSEAD and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with a Master’s in Business Economics from Brunel University London.
