Brent Strumpf

Brent Strumpf has been the Director of Finance at Batavia Park District since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Accounting Manager at the City of Des Plaines from May 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Budget & Purchasing Analyst at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP from March 2017 to May 2021. Brent started their career as a Staff Accountant at Steinberg Advisors, Ltd., which was acquired by Wipfli LLP, from January 2014 to October 2016.

Brent Strumpf holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Illinois State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same school.

They are on a team with Brittany Meyer - Director of Community Recreation, Kate Garrett - Director of the Batavia Depot Museum, and Josh Wyant - Director of Facilities & Trades. Brent Strumpf reports to Allison Niemela, Executive Director.
