Deanna Buley

Deanna Buley has a diverse work experience in graphic design and content management. Deanna worked as a Director of Content at Batelle since October 2020. Prior to that, they were a Graphic Designer at Santa Barbara Zoo starting from January 2019. Deanna also worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Snapwire and ABC-CLIO in 2020. Deanna had an extensive tenure at Silverander Communications, where they held various roles including Senior Designer, Designer/Studio Manager/Front End Web Developer, and Junior Designer from 2010 to 2020. Additionally, they served as a Secretary at AIGA Santa Barbara for eight months in 2018. Deanna started their career at Harbor Freight Tools as a Production Artist, handling office tasks, coupon management, schedule creation, and layout design from January 2009 to April 2010.

Deanna Buley received a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General from CSU Channel Islands between the years 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they studied Illustration at Rhode Island School of Design from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications in HubSpot Design, Content Marketing, and Inbound from HubSpot in December 2016 and February 2017.
