Kara Colicchio

Kara Colicchio is a Senior Product & Fragrance Developer at Bath & Body Works since September 2023, responsible for the complete product and fragrance development for specific categories. Prior to this role, Kara spent over seven years at method products pbc, where positions included Fragrance Manager and Fragrance Development Associate, leading projects from conception to successful commercialization while emphasizing sustainable solutions. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Fragrance Marketing Manager, Marketing Intern, and Quality Assurance Intern at batallure beauty, focusing on fragrance development, marketing strategies, and product quality. Kara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development and English Literature from Vanderbilt University and has completed a Creative Fragrance Development Certificate from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
