Ray Anderson

Ray Anderson, PHR, currently serves as VP of Digital HR at Bath & Body Works, responsible for the creation of a Digital HR operating model and technology roadmap, alongside leading a global implementation of ServiceNow HRSD. Prior to this role, Ray was a Senior Director at Peloton Interactive, managing employee experience and People Tech operations, and played a pivotal role in establishing an Employee Experience framework. Ray's experience also includes significant contributions at Tapestry, where responsibilities spanned HR technology solutions and global implementations of SAP Success Factors, as well as payroll technology integration. Earlier career roles include positions at Reckitt and ADP, culminating in a comprehensive background in HR systems and technology. Ray holds a degree in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
