Raneesha Ford

Raneesha Ford, PharmD, MBA, MHA, CPEL has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Raneesha started their career in 2005 as a Pharmacist at Novant Health and worked there until 2011. In 2009, they joined Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Clinical Staff Pharmacist and worked until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Pharmacy Supervisor at Novant Health. In 2013, they became a Pharmacy Operations Manager at Trinity Health, where they worked until 2015. Raneesha then joined MedStar Health as a Multisite Director, Pharmacy Services from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Inova Health System as a Senior Director, Pharmacy Services and worked until 2020. Currently, they are working as the System Director, Pharmacy Services at Baton Rouge General Medical Center from September 2020. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at Howard University from 2001 to 2005. Later on, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degrees at Pfeiffer University from 2010 to 2013, specializing in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
