Robert Manley

Robert Manley currently serves as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Idaho National Laboratory since October 2023. Previously, Robert held the position of OT Cybersecurity Architect at Marathon Petroleum Corporation from January 2015 to August 2023, where responsibilities included advancing the cybersecurity maturity of operational technology environments and serving as a liaison between Midstream and Cybersecurity. Earlier experience includes roles as a Network Administrator, managing critical infrastructure for 85 terminal sites, and as a Senior Network Engineer at Hercules Tire & Rubber, focusing on project planning and system protection. Robert began a career in networking as a Network Engineer for The Hercules Tire & Rubber Company, overseeing network design and maintenance for a large user base. Initial experience included warehousing responsibilities and system maintenance. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Findlay and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University.
