Victor Walker has a diverse work experience in research, leadership, and technical solutions. Victor worked at the Idaho National Laboratory, where they held roles as Principal Research Scientist, Principal Investigator, and Robotics Researcher. Victor'sresponsibilities included leading research projects on advanced transportation, intelligent systems, drones, autonomous vehicles, and bioenergy solutions. Additionally, they worked at IBM as a Technical Solution Manager, Architecture/Process Engineer, CSU Liaison, and TVC Chair. In these roles, they provided technical solutions, created process enhancements, facilitated educational outreach, and built a stronger technical community.

Victor Walker obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University between 1990 and 1995. Victor later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems from Walden University, completing their studies between 1999 and 2007.
