Jim O'Neil

Jim O'Neil has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the battery and consumer products industry. Jim started their career at Spectrum Brands, Inc in 2005, where they worked in various positions such as Program Manager and Director of Consumer Product Engineering. During their time at Spectrum Brands, they were promoted to Director of NPD and Director of Engineering Systems Integration in China. Jim then moved on to become a Division Vice President at Spectrum Brands, Inc, where they achieved significant sales growth and exceeded margin objectives. In 2018, Jim joined Batteries Plus as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics, where they transformed the distribution center and improved shipping efficiency. Jim was later promoted to Vice President of Operations and Administration, where they managed various aspects of the business, including vendor management, inventory planning, and facilities operations. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated their ability to drive innovation, achieve financial goals, and lead successful teams.

Jim O'Neil has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from Johnson and Wales University. Jim also has additional certifications in Program Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
