David Hogan 👨💻

David Hogan has over 20 years of experience in executive support, business operations, and people operations. David began their career in 2017 as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Puppet, where they coordinated calendars for up to five executives and managed departmental hiring strategies. David then moved on to IDM (Investment Development Management) as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the Owner/CEO, where they implemented a strong time management plan and transformed the company's onboarding, performance, and termination processes. In 2018, they joined Kroger as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of General Merchandising and Senior Director of General Merchandise Planning, Inventory Management, and Operations. David then moved to Expedia Group in 2019 as an Executive Assistant to the CFO of Platform & Marketplaces and CMO of Egencia. In 2020, they joined Ally as an Executive Assistant Office Manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company's co-working space. David then founded Throne Consulting and served as the Marketing Manager at BatteryXchange, Inc. In 2021, they took on the role of Business Operations Specialist at Leap Inc. and Content + Communications Manager and PeopleOps at RevOps Co-op. Currently, David Hogan is the Chief of Staff at Incolo.
