Veronica Alt

Veronica Alt is an experienced professional in the museum and visitor services industry, currently serving as the Ticketing Manager at the Battleship New Jersey Museum & Memorial since September 2023. In this role, Veronica manages a Front of House team responsible for daily admissions, special events, and donations, while utilizing Blackbaud Altru for ticketing and attendance tracking. Previous positions include Guest Services Specialist at Arts Ed NJ and Outreach Assistant at Independence Seaport Museum. Veronica has a solid background in customer service, having served as a Shipboard Interpreter, Administrative Specialist at Glencairn Museum, and Camp Counselor.
