Armando Pasha Lubis has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Armando Pasha is currently working at Batumbu as the Head of Business Development, a role they started in March 2023. From April 2022 to March 2023, Armando served as the Regional Lending Head at Kawan Cicil Teknologi Utama. Prior to that, they held various positions at PT BANK JTRUST INDONESIA Tbk, including SVP - Commercial & SME Business Division Head, Vice President - Special Asset Management Deputy Division Head, and Vice President - Senior Business Manager Commercial Banking. Armando's previous roles also include Area Business Manager - Commercial Banking at PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk, Business Manager - Commercial Banking at Bank OCBC NISP, and Business Manager - Enterprise Banking at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). Armando Pasha started their career at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk., where they worked as a Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking and as a Management Trainee (SMEC). Armando also has experience in marketing program development in the merchant business at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. throughout their career.

Armando Pasha Lubis completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Industrial Engineering at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, from 1999 to 2004.
