Elsa Kalervo

Elsa Kalervo serves as the Head of Digital Audio at Bauer Media Audio – Suomi since March 2020, where responsibilities include managing and developing the digital audio business and leading the Podplay brand. With a diverse background in media, Elsa has freelanced as a reporter, presenter, actor, and musician since 2003. Previous experience includes roles as a radio personality and producer at Mediatakojat Oy, and editor in chief for a major track and field event in Finland. Additional work encompasses acting at the Jyväskylä City Theater, stage management at Jyväskylä's congress center, and serving as a drama teacher and director's assistant in various theatrical productions. Elsa holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Ulster University.
