Jonathan Prejean

Jonathan Prejean has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Jonathan started their career as an Associate at Baker Botts LLP in 2001, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as an Associate at Fish & Richardson P.C. In 2005, they joined Western Digital as a Patent Counsel, and they worked there until 2008. Jonathan then joined Alcon, where they held multiple roles, including Assistant General Counsel, Associate General Counsel - IP, and Executive Director - Senior Legal Counsel. Jonathan worked at Alcon from 2008 to 2018. Since 2018, Jonathan has been working at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as an Executive Director, Legal. In 2023, they joined Bausch + Lomb as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel.

Jonathan Prejean attended Harvard Law School from 1998 to 2001, The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics, and Texas A&M University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
