Joseph Beatty

Joseph Beatty has extensive experience in the field of Information Technology. Joseph began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they worked from 1997 to 2011. During their time there, they held various positions, including Manager of IT Services and Supervisor of IT Services. Joseph managed the overall IT operations and strategy for multiple offices and was responsible for the direction of application and web development, security, helpdesk, network, and infrastructure.

In 2011, Beatty joined Bausch Health Companies Inc., where they held the position of Director of IT Operations. Joseph provided oversight and management for US IT operations and infrastructure, including network, voice, desktop, helpdesk, data center, telephony, and security services. Joseph also played a key role in IT support and infrastructure integration during a series of acquisitions.

In 2013, Beatty was promoted to the Executive Director of IT Operations at Bausch Health Companies Inc. In this role, they were responsible for leading all global IT operations and building strategies to support the company's rapid growth. Joseph managed a global team and developed and executed the IT strategy and roadmap, overseeing a significant budget.

Joseph Beatty earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Elizabeth University in 2006-2007. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
