Mark S Boone

Mark S Boone has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark S currently serves as the Head of Global Enterprise Risk Management, Environmental Social Governance & Legal Operations at Bausch Health Companies Inc., where they developed and implemented a global Enterprise Risk Management Office. Prior to that, they were the Principal at MSquire Associates, LLC, specializing in developing and enhancing global ethics & compliance programs.

Before joining Bausch Health Companies Inc., Mark held leadership positions at various companies. Mark S was the Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Exactech, where they successfully completed the Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Office of Inspector General. Mark S also served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer at Orthofix, where they led compliance programs and prepared the company for pending Corporate Integrity and Deferred Prosecution Agreements.

Mark's experience also includes their roles as Vice President of Compliance and Vice President of Finance & CFO at Stryker Corporation's Spine Division. Mark S developed a turnkey compliance program and established finance, IT, and distribution functions for the division. Mark S was also the Senior Vice President & Group CFO at McKesson Health Solutions / Pharmaceutical Partners Group, responsible for integrating independent businesses into a new business unit.

Earlier in their career, Mark served as the Senior Vice President & CFO at Ascom - Hasler Division and the Director of Finance / Controller at Novartis, where they managed financial integration and directed various finance functions.

Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management, ethics & compliance programs, financial planning & analysis, and finance operations. Mark S has a track record of successfully implementing programs and initiatives to ensure compliance and improve business performance.

Mark S Boone has completed a number of educational programs and certifications. In 2004, they attended Harvard Business School's Senior Leadership Program. In 2007, they completed "The CFO - A Strategic Partner" program at The Wharton School. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Healthcare Compliance Officer from Seton Hall University School of Law. In the same year, they also obtained a Health Care Compliance Certification. In 2011, they attended Harvard Business School's Executive Leadership Program. In 2012, they earned a European Health Care Compliance Certificate from Sciences Po. Mark S Boone holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Business/Accounting/Economics from Rutgers University. In addition, they have additional certifications in European Health Care Compliance, HIPAA Security, HIPAA for Business Associates, and Strategic Project Management.
