Rajini Pothapu

Rajini Pothapu serves as the Director of R&D Project Management for Diversified Pipeline at Bausch Health Companies Inc. since February 2019, focusing on project planning, risk mitigation, and leadership coordination to ensure efficient FDA submissions for complex ophthalmic and injectable products. Prior to this, Rajini held the position of Senior VP of Analytical Research and Development at Quagen Pharma LLC from June 2018 to February 2019, overseeing analytical methods development and product formulation. Rajini's extensive experience at G&W Laboratories spanned over two decades, where roles included Director of R&D Project Management, Director of Analytical Technologies, and Director of Analytical Research and Development, leading various initiatives in project management, analytical method validation, and product development. Rajini began a career in the pharmaceutical industry as an Analytical Scientist at Copley Pharmaceuticals, following the attainment of a Ph.D. in Analytical and Medicinal Chemistry from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a B. Pharm from Annamalai University.
