Heidi Kimbel, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on various HR activities. Heidi began their career at Coty Inc. in 1998 as a Human Resources Representative and worked their way up to become a Human Resources Manager. Heidi then joined Caterpillar Inc. in 2008 as a Human Resources Manager, where they handled HR responsibilities for several years. In 2017, they moved to Novo Nordisk as a Manager of Talent Acquisition before joining Bavarian Nordic in 2018 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In their current role, they are responsible for all HR activities in Bavarian Nordic's US start-up location, including recruiting, policy development, compensation management, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Heidi Kimbel has consistently demonstrated their expertise in HR and has a solid track record of contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.
Heidi Kimbel, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a field of study in Human Resources Management from Meredith College, completed in 1998. Heidi obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in June 2020 and became an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner in June 2019.
