Ines Pfeil

Ines Pfeil has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Ines began their career as a Postdoc at HelmholtzZentrum München, where they worked in Prof. Berit Jungnickel's research group on the role of somatic hypermutation in the development of malignant diseases. Ines then joined U3 Pharma GmbH in 2009, initially as a Scientist where they evaluated the potential of new target molecules for therapeutic biomolecule development. Later, they became a Projektleiterin and led a preclinical program for the development of therapeutic antibodies for the treatment of solid tumor diseases. In 2016, Ines joined Bavarian Nordic as a Senior Scientist, specializing in quality integration. Ines then took on the role of Projektmanager and, most recently, they became the Head of Quality Integration. The exact end dates for their roles at Bavarian Nordic are not provided.

Ines Pfeil pursued their education at the University of Cologne. From 1994 to 1999, they obtained a Diplom-Biologin degree, specializing in Biologie and Genetik. Later, they continued their academic journey at the same university and achieved a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biologie, allgemein, between 2000 and 2003.
