Krishnadev Madhavan Nair

Krishnadev Madhavan Nair is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing mechanical systems across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Baxter International Inc., Krishnadev heads the Renal Mechanical Hardware team. Prior roles include Senior Principal Mechanical Engineer at AWAK Technologies, where leadership was demonstrated in the development of a wearable peritoneal dialysis device and mechanical system architecture. Previous experience spans a decade at GE Healthcare Life Sciences, focusing on new product introductions for biopharmaceutical applications, and significant contributions at Ashok Leyland, where leadership in tool design and production engineering was established. Krishnadev holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Systems Design from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering.
