Ozgur Cantez

Ozgur Cantez is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in research and development, systems engineering, and product testing across various industries. Currently serving as Director of R&D Systems Engineering at Baxter International Inc., Cantez previously held key roles including Director of Systems Engineering at Eargo, where leadership facilitated a significant boost in team engagement and reduced product returns. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Hardware Engineering at Werfen, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and leading the development of innovative medical devices. Cantez has a history of enhancing operational efficiency, driving product development, and engaging employees, established during tenures at BD, Honeywell, GE, and KONE. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Technology Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
