James Ettridge

James Ettridge is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at BaxterStorey since October 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of People and Development Director at Holroyd Howe from September 2020 to October 2022, and previously worked in various HR capacities at BaxterStorey, including Head of People Operations and HR Business Partner from December 2013 to August 2020. James also has experience as Interim HR Manager at Whittard, where key HR projects included implementing a new HR and Payroll system. Earlier in their career, James served as Operations Director at Blade Electronics Limited and Head of Human Resources at Centrex. James's foundational HR experience began at Prudential Assurance, where several HR roles were held over a span of 16 years. James completed education at Presentation College Reading from 1982 to 1987.
