Luke Ellul

Luke Ellul is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various high-profile kitchen roles. Currently serving as Executive Head Chef at BaxterStorey since November 2022, Luke has previously held positions such as Head Chef at Seven Hotel Southend-on-Sea and Senior First Team Chef at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. Additional experience includes Senior Sous Chef at Roslin Beach Hotel and a Private Chef role for a UHNW family. Luke also contributed as Head Chef for Billericay Town FC and Fine Dining Sous Chef for Restaurant Associates of New York. Luke's culinary education was completed at Westminster Kingsway College, spanning from September 2011 to August 2022.
