This includes coordinating volunteer activities via the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program Manager, managing staff and HR functions through the Human Resource Manager, optimizing daily operations with the Operations Manager, enhancing transportation services with the Mobility Manager, and driving public awareness and engagement efforts overseen by the Manager of Marketing & Public Relations. Together, they ensure the seamless delivery of support that empowers clients to maintain their independence and quality of life in their rural communities.
