Dave Tranchina

Dave Tranchina is a seasoned project manager and estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Since August 2015, Dave has been with Bay Area Builders, Inc., focusing on developing business relationships with Stanford Medicine and Stanford University, overseeing specialized project management tasks including construction management, project budgeting, design and engineering, equipment procurement, and pre-construction planning. Prior to this role, Dave served as a project manager and senior project manager at Gordon-Prill, Inc. from 1996 to July 2015, and held project management positions at Aaron Management and Lyncon Construction from 1988 to 1996.
