Samuel Carabajal

Samuel Carabajal is currently the Vaccine Program Manager at Bay Area Community Health where they ensure the organization follows all VFC and VFA state guidelines for clinics. Previously, they worked as an LVN/Nurse at Allied Health Group and Action Urgent Care Inc. from April 2015 to February 2023 where they were IV certified, conducted blood draws, performed triage, administered nebulizer treatments, ear lavage, and were proficient in both Spanish and English. Samuel also conducted virtual visits and utilized EHR systems during their time at Action Urgent Care Inc.
