Rachel Gaddy

Rachel Gaddy is Director of Membership for the Bay Area Council. Working closely with the membership team, she is responsible for engaging current members and growing membership. Rachel also supports the Council’s 21st Century Energy policy work. Prior to coming to the Council, Rachel served as Special Events and Operations Manager for The Salvation Army, one of the largest providers of social aid in the world. At the Salvation Army, Rachel managed major fundraising events and donor relations programs for the Golden State Division. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
