Emma Concepcion was named Bay Cove's Vice President of Human Resources in January 2017. Prior to this, Emma spent five years as the agency's Director of Human Resources. In that role, she oversaw recruitment, leave management, and employee benefits for the agency. Emma joined Bay Cove in 2000 as Director of Housing, and was Assistant Director of Human Resources from 2004-2011.
Emma is a member of the Health and Safety Committee and a Strategic Plan Objective Leader, and has also been the agency lead on Department of Labor audits and compliance matters. In addition to her work in Human Resources, you can find Emma in court mediating Civil, Housing, and Harassment Prevention Orders as a member of the Harvard University Mediation Program.
