Fritz J. Gustave

Fritz J. Gustave is currently the Director of People & Belonging at Bay Cove Human Services. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and as a Program Manager, Race, Equity, & Inclusion at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH). Fritz also served as a Policy & Strategy Specialist at the Boston Public Health Commission. They hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Social Impact from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Africana Studies from UMass Boston.
