Aadnan Kabir, CSCP, PMP has a strong background in supply chain management and project management. Aadnan Kabir, currently holds the position of Senior Assistant Vice President at Bay Developments Ltd. Starting in December 2021. Previously, they served as the Head of Supply Chain at ISHO from December 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Head of Supply Chain at Otobi Limited from November 2017 to December 2020, where they were responsible for supply chain planning and collaborating with sales and operation managers. Before that, they worked as the Deputy Manager at M.M. Ispahani Limited from November 2016 to November 2017, where they analyzed material requirements and managed foreign and packaging materials. Aadnan also served as an Assistant Manager Supply Chain at SSG (Super Star Group) from June 2014 to November 2016, where they conducted demand forecasting and analyzed historical sales data. Aadnan Kabir, began their career as a Senior Executive at Meghna Group of Industries from February 2011 to May 2014, where they were involved in procurement planning and materials requirement planning for various products.

Aadnan Kabir, CSCP, PMP has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Aadnan Kabir, completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at the University of Chittagong from 2006 to 2010. Following this, Aadnan pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management at the University of Chittagong from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their academic achievements, Aadnan has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Aadnan Kabir, received their Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS in July 2019. Furthermore, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Brand Management from IQN in March 2016. Aadnan also holds the title of Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) obtained from ISCEA -International Supply Chain Education Alliance in December 2014.

Their dedication to professional development led him to earn the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification offered by the Project Management Institute in September 2020.
