Amy Francis

After 15 years working in the philanthropic sector, Amy Francis joined the team at Bay Point Wealth (BPW) as its Director of Business Development, Marketing. and Communications. Amy’s knowledge and background as a development professional allows her to focus on the BPW client experience with both enthusiasm and skill.

Amy supports the BPW team by managing client engagement, firm communications, content creation, branding, and coordination of client events to help strengthen and grow long-term relationships with clients and estate planning partners.

Giving back to the community has long been a significant part of Amy’s life. In her prior role at the Community Foundation of Anne Arundel County (CFAAC), Amy provided high quality, donor focused services to individuals, families, and corporations that enhanced their philanthropic interests and charitable goals. For over a decade, Amy helped grow the organization’s assets from $1.2 million to over $25 million and facilitate the distribution of over $23 million in grants to nonprofit organizations. Additionally, she has raised nearly $500,000 for the Zoe Quinn Francis Fund, a Donor Advised Fund at CFAAC, to benefit children with cancer in memory of her daughter Zoe.
