David Goodwin

David Goodwin is currently working as the New Patient Care Center Manager at Bay State Physical Therapy since October 2021. Prior to this, David served as the Network Operations Center Manager at PROCURRI in Boston from January 2019 to July 2021. Before that, David was the Group Manager - Correspondence and Priority Response at Computershare from 1999 to March 2018. David has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Bridgewater State University. David has experience in managing teams, implementing process improvements, tracking data, setting goals, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. David has a strong background in operational management, training, and aligning departmental goals with company objectives.
