Quinn Fenger

Quinn Fenger began their career in 2015 as a Writing Tutor at Minnesota State University Moorhead. In 2017, they joined Houston Engineering, Inc. as a Proposal Coordinator, where they wrote, coordinated, and created proposals related to civil engineering specific to the Upper Midwest region. In 2021, they joined Bay West LLC as a Senior Federal Proposal Coordinator, where their role largely stayed the same as their previous role but with added responsibilities to cover for staff changes. Their role then expanded to Communications Manager, where they managed the Proposal, Marketing, and Editorial Teams, with a focus on continuity and cohesiveness across company materials and communication-related processes.

Quinn Fenger obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2017, along with a Minor in Biology, General. In December of 2017, they also obtained a Certificate in Publishing from New Rivers Press. In 2020, they obtained a Part 107 FAA SUAS Commercial Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
