Bianca Brenner

Bianca Brenner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and project leadership. Currently serving as Global Director of MES Projects at Bayer since November 2018, Bianca leads initiatives such as cloud transformation and the implementation of a global ServiceNow solution. Prior positions at Covestro included Head of Service Desk and Service Integration, where Bianca established a Service Integration function and designed a global service desk that significantly improved user satisfaction and reduced costs. At Bayer Business Services, Bianca held various roles, including Head of Plant Maintenance for IT Operations and SAP Project Manager for PM/MM, contributing to global IT operations and SAP implementations. Bianca holds a degree in Business Informatics from Berufsakademie Mannheim and a Bachelor's degree from Open University.
