Carmela Madjus

Ma. Carmela Madjus is an accomplished accounting professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as a Team Lead in Management Accounting and the Commercial Service Center/Intercompany at Bayer Business Services since May 2012. In this role, Ma. Carmela is responsible for leading a proactive team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing while driving continuous improvement and compliance with policies. Previous positions include Senior Expert, where Ma. Carmela monitored Key Performance Indicators and facilitated training, and Process Expert, focusing on process improvements and compliance. Ma.
