Chang-Mi Baek

Chang-Mi Baek is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Process and System Integration at Bayer since January 2021. Previously, Chang-Mi held the role of Head of System Management and Analytics Japan at Bayer Yakuhin Ltd from September 2018 to December 2020 and worked as a Reference Data Scientist at Bayer from July 2014 to August 2018.
